All I can say is, you start off a man who regains consciousness after 3 days and some gangmen were the reason for this, you were a courier and they attacked you for a package that should have been "cancelled".
Seems like a conspiracy theory, almost as if you were set up.
What I've picked up on:
-New Beasts/ Characters all wanting to kill you
-Difficult to survive now
-Ammo is harder to retain
-Harder to kill gang members
-Precise slow-mo aimer mode is more accurate with the % chance of hitting
